Cala Nera

Just below the lighthouse at Punta Libeccio is Cala Nera. Perhaps the most beautiful beach on the island. It is not possible to reach it on foot, except by lowering yourself from the flat rocks further out into the sea and swimming the last stretch. To shelter you from the sun, you will find a natural grotto, definitely providential in the hottest hours.
