Bue Marino

The beach of Cala Bue Marino is famous, especially for the tunnels and caves created by man, this area was in fact a quarry where tuff was extracted. The sea is wonderful, deep and rich in underwater life, ideal for those who love diving or snorkelling. It is good to remember that this stretch of sea is subject to strong currents, so it is best to rely on local guides to dive, and it is also not very suitable for children. Many of the tourists who have visited it consider the beach and sea of Bue Marino to be the true pearl of the island of Favignana.
