Introduction

This document constitutes a legal agreement between the User and the owner of the EgadiPlanner website and governs the use of the website and, in any case, the use of the Services provided.

Information about EgadiPlanner

EgadiPlanner is a site dedicated to travel advice on the Egadi. All the information on the site is available free of charge. On the site there are advertising spaces dedicated to companies operating in the territory of Western Sicily interested in sponsoring their products on the portal EgadiPlanner. For this purpose, EgadiPlanner does not sell, organise, carry out or act as an intermediary between the user interested in the published services and the companies offering the service. The task of EgadiPlanner is limited to providing the user with company contacts and links to the main OTAs, necessary for obtaining more information and for the possible purchase of the service. Through EgadiPlanner the user can:

Nevertheless, it does not give any guarantee, either in explicit or implicit form, on the correctness, completeness, topicality, reliability of the contents on the site, including information provided by third parties. EgadiPlanner may at any time and in its sole discretion modify, add or remove information on the Website or change its structure or functionality, without giving any special notice of such change, without removing information that is no longer current and without highlighting such information as no longer current. EgadiPlanner may also block users from accessing the Website or certain parts of it, or allow access only under certain conditions. These guarantees are provided by third party travel agencies, it will be their sole responsibility to provide you with information regarding the Terms of Sale, Warranty, Right of Withdrawal, Compensation.

The Data Controller does not effect any prior moderation on the contents or links provided by third parties shown on EgadiPlanner. The Data Controller is not responsible for such contents and their accessibility.

Services provided by third parties

Users may use services or content included in EgadiPlanner provided by third parties, but must first have read the terms and conditions of such third parties and have accepted them. Under no circumstances may the Owner of EgadiPlanner be held responsible for the proper functioning, availability and quality of services provided by third parties.

Intellectual property rights

The content available on EgadiPlanner is protected by copyright law and other international laws and treaties protecting intellectual property rights and their use is permitted to Users only within the limits specified in these conditions.

These provisions are valid both for online content (web pages) and for those available offline (pdf, printed media downloaded from EgadiPlanner).

All EgadiPlanner site trademarks, figurative or nominative, and all other signs, trade names, service marks, word marks, trade names, illustrations, images, Logos, texts that appear regarding EgadiPlanner are and remain the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected by the laws on trademarks and related international treaties. Limitation of liability

The use of EgadiPlanner and the functionalities accessible through EgadiPlanner is carried out by Users at their own risk and under their own responsibility. The User undertakes to relieve the Data Controller of any obligation or liability, including any legal costs incurred to defend themselves in court, which may arise in the event of damage caused to other Users or third parties, in relation to the content uploaded online, violation of the terms of law or the terms of these terms of service.

For information on the use of personal data, Users must refer to the EgadiPlanner Privacy Policy that is referred to here and is an integral part of this Agreement.

Changes to these Terms

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time, giving notice to the User through its publication within EgadiPlanner. The User who continues to use EgadiPlanner after the publication of the changes, accepts without reservation the new Terms.

Applicable law and competent court

The Terms and all disputes concerning their execution, interpretation and validity are subject to Italian law, the jurisdiction of the Italian State and the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Trapani.
