Cala Calcara

Here the seabed is among the most beautiful on the island, particularly between Cala Calcara and Cala Minnola. Diving 200 metres from the shore, you will notice that the coastline, characterised by alternating landslides, is rich in flora and the sea is teeming with fish! You will encounter several species of gorgonians, in particular the Purpuree Paramuricee, and also white octopuses chasing them in search of plankton.

Cala Calcara is certainly among the most beautiful and wildest on the island.
You can choose to reach it comfortably by boat or on foot by walking from Cala Dogana eastwards following the path along the coast.
